I'm totally with you on this one, and I'll just update the list under the “Disable incoming calls” because I hate when you are playing and something quits the app and you lost all your progress. Update on the way. :)

I know that there is a jailbreak app for this but i would like quick reply. It allows you to reply to a text without leaving what you are doing. A lot of apps don't have an auto save feature so if you leave a game to reply to a text then your game has to restart. Plus if I want to play a game I usually wait until I'm done texting because what's the point of starting something if you have to restart it in a few minutes.
